I was reading the saga of Darren Shan.
book 3.
its about this kid who had to become a half-vampire and be a vampire's assistant just to save his friend's life.
the vampire helped him fake his own death so Darren could travel around with him.

In this book.many things we know about vampire's arent true.theyre not really dead.
they only suck little blood from "victims". they dont suck em to death.
and they dont suck from the neck.
they dont have fangs.
they're not affected by garlic nor crosses.
they can be killed by stakes yes.
bullets and knives too.
theyre just harder to kill.
they have shadows.
reflections too.
creatures of the night.

really cool.

i wanna become one like that.
